Project engagements

All paid project work is governed by a separate signed agreement or invoice, which takes precedence over anything stated here
Pricing shown on this site (e.g. on the Pricing section) is indicative and subject to change based on actual project scope
Payment terms, revision limits, delivery milestones, and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, or project agreement. Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue. Additional work or revisions outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LYGEN's total liability arising from a specific service or project will not exceed the amount actually paid to LYGEN for that service or project.
